Shipping Information

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within Australia only, at this stage.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Once payment has cleared, your order will be packed, and dispatched within 24-48 hours. (Monday- Friday) We suggest to all our customers that delivery via our Courier providers could take anywhere between 2 and 14 days, depending on your location within Australia. Please be patient, as once your order leaves our premises, South Pacific Aromas cannot be held responsible for any delays on deliveries. Tracking information will be emailed automatically to customers by our third party courier provider(s). 

Christmas Postage and Delivery Dates

As we approach our busy peak season, we encourage you to send your Christmas gifts earlier than ever this year. To help you plan, please consider placing orders 14 – 21 days prior to Christmas as recommended by Australia Post to ensure your order arrives at their destination in time for Christmas. We will post up cut off times, as we are notified by our courier providers and Australia Post. 

Shipping Costs?

We offer Standard Courier Service through Transdirect, who offer us a wide selection of courier carriers to use. We generally engage with Aramex or Couriers Please, when we place a courier bookings. We may also at times use Australia Post.

We also offer FREE postage for all orders over $99. Orders under this amount will be a flat postage rate of $9.95.

Which days of the week do you send out parcels?

Couriers are booked every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday for the following business day pick up. Please note that these days are subject to change without notice.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, by appointment only.
You can arrange for the collection of your order from our location in Doonside NSW.
All orders must be paid for via our website prior to collection, as we do not except cash on pick up. Once payment has cleared, we will contact you to inform you when your order is ready to be picked up, should you choose this option at check-out.

Estimated Delivery Times?

  • Melbourne – Approximately 4-14 business days
  • Sydney – Approximately 2-7 business days
  • Adelaide – Approximately 5-7 business day
  • Brisbane – Approximately 5-10 business days
  • Perth – Approximately 6-14 business days
  • All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-14 business days

You will be sent a Tracking Number via email from the courier carrier we use, for you to track your package. If we use Australia Post, you will be notified by text message or email of the tracking number to track your package through the Australia Post website, www.auspost.com.au/track

We pride ourselves to ensure we dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, however, orders may take up to 15 days to be dispatched in certain cases. You will be notified if this were ever to occur.

Returns Information

I received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?

Please email info@southpacificaromas.com.au with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our team will be in touch, to discuss a refund, or exchange of your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of dispatch, provided products are unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer’s own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.
